Dark Chocolate Goals - weight loss |

I'm one of those people that writes goals down every year. I understand that few people do. Well my dark chocolate goals are partially going to be up here for everyone to see.
Many people each year have weight loss as one of their goals. If you've read any other part of this blog you've seen the research on weight loss and dark chocolate. It still seems like it shouldn't work. And yet, I've added dark chocolate to my diet and I've noticed a few things. First, since starting to eat the dark chocolate I've noticed less cravings for food throughout the day. Second, I'm not binge eating. After having some of the healthy dark chocolate I feel satisfied.
I eat three to four pieces of the healthy dark chocolate a day, usually 15 minutes to half hour before a meal (many days in the morning I make a dark chocolate and coffee protein shake, yummy!) and I have lost nearly twenty pounds over the last several months. Pretty good weight loss.
Anyway I have added weight loss on my goals for this next year, so help keep me on track. Ask me how I'm getting along with my goals every now and again.
