Amazing Sales Trainer Jeffrey Gitomer Says Eat Chocolate |

My favorite sales trainer, Jeffrey Gitomer, writes a regular weekly sales column and it's always got nuggets of wisdom in it. It doesn't have anything to do with chocolate, let alone dark chocolate. So why do I have a non chocolate author who is the best sales trainer ever on this blog? Well, this week's issue (click here to see the full article) has a chocolate theme running through it and he says:
"Eat chocolate along the way. There's something about the universal love of chocolate. Books have been written about it. It's comfort food that when offered to others makes them feel at home."
His chocolate theme has running commentary about Charlie and the Chocolate Factory in it (and it makes a good case for relating life and sales to a story about chocolate. From the golden tickets to Charlie Bucket just being a good kid there's a lesson.
I started thinking how many ways we all relate to chocolate in one way or another and I'm glad we got a chance to have chocolate in our lives. So I had to thank Jeffery Gitomer once more for bringing it up to our attention. So now start asking yourself these questions.
How has chocolate impacted you? What's your favorite chocolate memory? What lessons have learned from chocolate?
